Our return policy lasts 30 days. If customer is returning because of a company error such as being shipped mismates, shipped wrong size etc., same procedures in return policy applies. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Shoe box and product should be appropriately packed to prevent damage during the return. A purchase receipt is required to process a return. All Shipping Charges associated with returns, if applicable will be the Responsibility of the Customer. Please be sure to include a money order payable to Abana Shoes for the same dollar amount that it cost for you to ship back (if you are requesting an exchange), your order purchase receipt and the reason for return. If you choose not to include a money order for your return postage and you are still wanting an exchange, then your credit card will be charged only the dollar amount for your return shipping cost once your product is received and shipped back to you. Once your return is received and inspected, any refunds if applicable will be applied as payment reversal on your credit card. Exchanges ONLY with Final Sales. Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items purchased during a Bogo deal are viewed as one pair. If both items from a Bogo are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded back to the original form of payment less S/H. If only one item from a Bogo deal is returned for a refund back to the original form of payment, the cost of the original purchase according to Bogo deal will be refunded less S/H.
